What have you done the past couple of month?

Häkeln, In Arbeit, Nähen, Stricken

One hardly notices, yet suddenly more than one year has past since my last post.

Where did the time go? Will one ever stop asking this question? Here I am as well, again asking myself what I did the past year.

Well, I wasn’t completely idle of course. After all, it was a crazy year. I can honestly say that I like to pass on having a second one of those: It started with a move and my job search, and way too many parties in the first half of the year and then too much work in the second. Additionally, I made a lot of plans and moped around more than healthy.

Despite that I had a lot of ideas for crafting. I just couldn’t realize too many of those. Following are a few of those projects proving that I wasn’t too idle. 😉

My first fair isle piece

I started my first fair isle piece and am already quite anxious thinking about the future cutting of it. Oh my.

Granny Squares for my own design

I also did some crocheting for a change.

Knitted flowers

I am knitting and crocheting a bunch of flowers for a small side projects. I’ll tell you more about that in a bit.

The simplest dress I sewed so far

Dotted fabrics - I am not quite sure yet what to do with them

There was some sewing as well this year. But I still got some fabrics lying around that I am not quite sure what to do with yet, e.g. those pretty dotted ones.
